I’m looking to sell my BTL property in the woodfieldside area of Blackwood. It’s 3 bed detached with separate garage, the property has been let to the same tenant for nearly 6 years, £650 pcm is the current rent. Property comprises of off road parking plus a detached garage. Currently it’s a periodic tenancy agreement.
