Description

This house is situated in a beautiful friendly country village surrounded by olive trees, with a short walking distance to the pubs, shops, 2 bakeries, pharmacy, post office, Doctor Surgery and bank. The nearest town is Martos and the nearest City is Jaen, just 30 minute drive away. Malaga airport is roughly an hour and a half drive away. The Village hosts numerous fiestas throughout the year and everyone is welcome. There is a play park with basket ball, football and exercise equipment. Martos and other local towns have outdoor public swimming pools with bars & restaurants for as little as 2 euro's a day and are open in the summer. The house has recently been reformed to a very high standard and is ready to move into. The electrics have been renewed and inserted into the walls as have the water pipes. There are electric heaters available in the rooms downstairs. There is also a new hot water boiler, fuse box, front downstairs windows with persianas (roller blinds), WIFI and an extension on the back giving a large kitchen area which hosts a large sun terrace on the top. To the rear there is an out building, currently used as a games room with storage space which can be turned into further accommodation as is fitted with electric and water, and hosts it's own sun terrace above with magnificent views of the olive trees, countryside and mountains. The house comprises of a large lounge, accessed through the front door, which has a large window at the front letting in plenty of light, and a small room off the lounge which can be used as an office or quiet space. Through the lounge and into the dining room which is the hub of the house, leads off to another large lounge with large window, which can be made into another bedroom if required. Opposite this room is a shower room before heading through to the kitchen, breakfast room, pantry/utility room and then through patio doors into the patio/garden area outside. The staircase for upstairs leads also from the dining room, where you will find 4 large double bedrooms and a single room (which can be used for storage or an office / hobby room). There is a cupboard at the end of the corridor and a bathroom which has an over the bath shower. The master bedroom has a Juliet balcony and patio sliding doors. From the top of the stairs is a door onto the sun terrace - great place to sit with a coffee in the morning! The outside area has a seating area with storage space below it, a shower and water tap and plenty of space for a plunge pool or hot tub. There is outside lighting and a lockable rough iron gate to the sun terrace. Unfortunately the photographs do not do this house justice.
