I am looking for a new flatmate to share a 2 bedroom flat with. It is on Leigham Road, which is 5 mins walk to Streatham Hill train station. There are shops, restaurants and gyms around Streatham Hill. More shops, restaurants and gyms can be found on Streatham High Street. Also there is Streatham train station, which all is about 10 min walk to reach. Brixton and Balham would be the nearest tube station, both reachable by bus. However the nearest transport links are Streatham Hill and Streatham train station. It is a quiet area with free parking so if you have a car you can typically find parking. The flat is bright, modern and cosy, fully furnished. There is also a communal garden here that can be used in the summer time to chill outside. The monthly rent share is £750 and deposit. The room is available now. I am a professional female, mature, laidback and clean person and it would suit someone similarly minded. I am physiotherapist working in NHS.
