I am an extremely flexible landlady who works away a lot which enables me to rent out my flat for short periods/short term lets Please contact me with your requirements in terms of dates and duration of stay needed - the date and price is purely a guide for the ad 1 bedroom flat in central Chelmsford location; 7min walk to the station, right next to Essex County Cricket Club and a 2min walk to the bars and restaurants of Moulsham Street. The property location benefits from being in a sleepy, quiet cul-de-sac yet has easy access to everything you could ever need or want! BEDROOM My guest/s have the largest, lightest and comfiest room in the flat situated at the the front. The room is fitted with a king size bed, bedside table/lamp, chest of drawers, walk in hanging wardrobe and office desk & chair. I supply iphone & micro-B chargers with a USB plug, a bluetooth speaker, hairdryer and fan -if you need anything else please ask. KITCHEN The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need - I am a very relaxed host and am happy for guests to open the cupboards until they find what they need :) There is an iron/ ironing board and washing machine available BATHROOM The bathroom has a large bath and powerful shower I provide shampoo, conditioner, moisturiser and new toothbrush/toothpaste LOUNGE The lounge has 2 large (and very comfy sofas)! The TV is hooked up to the internet/Virgin TV
