Electricity, gas, water, council tax e.t.c There is one parking space for the flat. There only 5 other flats within the building and you can have your own separate entrance if you don’t like to share the main entrance with others. It’s a stunning property with high standard decorations, since we put it on the market for short let, all the past residents really loved it and didn’t want to leave at the end of the tenancy. The huge living room with a small balcony attached to it and you can see the water from there. Beautiful bedroom carpet, it’s so soft when you walk in to the room have your bear feet on it, makes you feel sinking. It’s gorgeous. Believe me you won’t regret staying in the property. My past residents have pay full respect to the property and treated so well and even better than their own. I love my tenants. They all such lovely people! Feel free to contact me for viewing.
